By using the Mavify platform, you agree to these terms. Please read the following terms carefully before using the service.
Mavify is a platform connecting specialists (coaches, dietitians, physiotherapists, and others) with clients seeking their services. The platform enables online appointment booking, purchase of digital products, and communication between users.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Payments for services and digital products are processed by certified payment providers (Stripe, Mollie). Mavify does not store complete credit card data. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
Cancellation and refund policies for bookings are set individually by each specialist and are displayed before making a booking. Please review the cancellation policy before making a payment.
Mavify acts as a technical intermediary between specialists and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by specialists, the content of digital products, or the consequences of following advice given by specialists.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Users can delete their accounts in settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of terms violation.
These terms are governed by applicable law. In case of disputes, parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent court.
