No, this is a one-time payment. We do not charge you automatically. You decide when to extend. If you don't extend, your profile will become hidden after expiration, but your data remains safe and you can reactivate your account anytime.
Your profile will be hidden from clients, but all your data, bookings, and settings remain intact. Existing bookings will be honored. You can reactivate anytime.
You can upgrade to PRO anytime. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days of your current billing period. The period ends on the same date as your Basic subscription would have.
Yes! If you renew your subscription before it expires, the new period starts from the end date of the current one. Periods stack, they don't replace.
E-book sales are handled as a license grant (royalties). The platform handles collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) on behalf of the specialist. You receive the net profit minus the commission.
For e-books, Mavify acts as the seller-of-record (Merchant of Record): we handle payments and EU VAT-OSS compliance, and you receive payouts. For bookings, Mavify is a SaaS tool: you manage your calendar and clients, and you can take payment directly (on-site or bank transfer) — you don't need Stripe/Mollie to start.
